Why will they attack Israel?
The nations will see Israel living securely and prospering, and Gog will devise an evil plan to invade and plunder the land. But God will not remain silent.
Ezekiel 38:10-12:
“This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On that day, thoughts will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil scheme… to seize spoil and carry off plunder.”
God's Supernatural Judgment
As the invading armies approach Israel, God will respond with divine fury — through a great earthquake, torrential rain, hailstones, fire, and burning sulfur. The armies will be confused and turn against each other. God will win the battle, not Israel's military.
Ezekiel 38:22:
“I will execute judgment on him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones, and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him.”
